Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes full tracking
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. If you’re unsure about delivery to your region, please contact us before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind every product we craft. If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make the return process as smooth as your ride on race day.
Our Returns Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify for return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn and unused with original tags attached
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
- Items must be free from odors, stains, or damage
Important Hygiene Notice:
For health and safety reasons, face masks and neck gaiters from our collection cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] using our return request template
- We’ll respond within 48 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
- Pack securely with the RAN clearly visible on the package

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly state the replacement item and size in your email
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
- Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a free return label if needed
- Receive a replacement or full refund including original shipping costs
