Our Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unused with original tags attached
  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Free from any odors, stains, or damage

Note on Hygiene Products: For health and safety reasons, face masks and neck gaiters from our collection cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to process your return:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your request using the template below
  2. We’ll respond within 48 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
  3. Pack the item securely with the RAN clearly visible on the package
  4. Ship using a trackable method to:

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process
  • Clearly state the replacement item and size in your email
  • We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
  • Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:

  • We’ll arrange a free return label if needed
